Meet Philip Granish

Founder | Limited Licensed Psychologist | Veteran

Hi, I’m Philip Granish, a limited licensed psychologist with over two decades of experience working in and around the criminal justice system, and over a decade of working in mental health. I currently provide telehealth therapy to individuals and couples across the state of Michigan. I also proudly served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, an experience that continues to shape my discipline, resilience, and dedication to helping others.

This is where your
healing begins

At Airborne Counseling and Psychological Services PLLC, we’re more than just a mental health practice — we’re a mission-driven space for healing.

Founded by a veteran and Limited Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in and around the criminal justice system, our practice is built on trust, empathy, and the deep belief that no one should face their struggles alone.

The first session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your goals for therapy, review your history, and determine which therapeutic approach is best suited to your needs. It’s also a time for you to ask any questions you may have.

Intake sessions normally last about an hour.

Individual therapy sessions generally take about ½ hour to 1 hour

Couples Counseling sessions normally last 30-45 minutes

That depends on your specific needs and goals. Most clients begin meeting every other week.
