I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, trauma therapy, and specialized services for veterans, law enforcement, and individuals dealing with sexual addiction or offending behaviors. All sessions are conducted via telehealth for clients located in Michigan.

Yes! EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is now available. In addition to EMDR, I also provide other effective trauma treatments such as Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy.

Yes, I am currently accepting new clients for most services. If you're unsure whether I can help with your specific concerns, feel free to reach out directly to discuss your needs.

At this time, all services are provided through secure telehealth platforms. This allows flexible scheduling and access to therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home—anywhere in Michigan.

I have extensive experience working in and around the criminal justice system. However, I am not currently able to work with clients who are under the jurisdiction of the Michigan Department of Corrections or employed by MDOC.

Telehealth therapy is similar to in-person sessions but conducted securely online. You’ll receive the same level of care, privacy, and professionalism—all from the comfort of your home. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space for your sessions.

The first session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your goals for therapy, review your history, and determine which therapeutic approach is best suited to your needs. It’s also a time for you to ask any questions you may have.

Intake sessions normally last about an hour.

Individual therapy sessions generally take about ½ hour to 1 hour

Couples Counseling sessions normally last 30-45 minutes 

That depends on your specific needs and goals. Most clients begin meeting every other week.

Yes, Your privacy is our top priority. As a Limited Licenced Psychologist, I follow strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with state and federal laws. The only exceptions are situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when legally required, such as cases of child or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect.

Absolutely. Therapy isn’t just for crisis situations. It’s a powerful tool for personal growth, stress management, relationship support, and navigating life transitions. Many clients come to therapy to strengthen their mental health and improve their quality of life.
